Plumber safety on the jobsite is our number one concern!

Best Price Plumbing intends to comply with the applicable standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA), and all other applicable safety regulations.

Each employee shall become familiar with the standards issued by the Joint Safety Committee, and comply with the safety regulations in effect on a customer’s property.

Each plumber is equipped with a cell phone for 911 access at all times.

Each plumber is responsible for:

  • keeping Material Safety Data Sheets on each jobsite
  • wearing proper safety equipment on jobsite
  • keeping their fire extinguisher in an easily accessible location
  • keeping their first aid boxes stocked with proper supplies
  • attending (4) hours of continuing education (Partners in Safety) each calendar year

Extra MSDS sheets, safety equipment (hard hats, ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, extension cords, fall protection equipment, etc) can be picked up at the shop.

Tags are also available in the shop to identify bad cords, broken power tools, etc.
