In general, we offer the standard warranty on fixtures and workmanship for one year after your new home or remodeling project is completed. Many manufacturers have warranties that extend beyond the first year. For those product issues that occur after the first year, the customer would be directed to contact the manufacturer directly. Please see a list of manufacturers under the links section.

All customers who build or remodel with Best Price Plumbing are automatically enrolled in the five-year extended warranty program. This five-year warranty pertains to the issues regarding the workmanship of the plumbing Best Price installed in your new home/remodel project. If something was installed improperly, then the correction is remedied at no charge to you, for up to five years after completion of your project. And, as part of our service package, we send in your registration documents to the PPC when your project is completed.

In general, all water heaters must be serviced or repaired by authorized technicians for each individual manufacturer. Best Price can assist you in getting in contact with a particular service representative, depending on the manufacturer of your water heater.

Best Price is not responsible for the warranty service work on water heaters after the first year following installation. While the warranty is per the manufacturer specification, we would be happy to assist you in contacting a company for service. In order to expedite that process, we would need the above listed information.
Any customer can also check the warranty status of their water heater at any time by logging onto the manufacturer’s website and going to their warranty verification link.
